AND I THINK EVERY SINGLE PROGRAM NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT IN TERMS OF HOW IS THIS ACTUALLY HELPING OUR FAMILIES THRIVE AND ARE WE KEEPING OUR RESOURCES WITHIN OUR DISTRICT INSTEAD OF SENDING THEM OUT AND BEYOND.
